Under One Roof has been consulting in Hospitality since 1998 as a Partnership Firm. It was formally incorporated as Under One Roof Hotel Consultants P. Ltd. in 2000.  

UOR was established as a niche Food & Beverage Consulting firm offering consulting services from Concept ideation to Facility Planning,  Design Concepts to set up of Operations for a variety of Hospitality Projects ranging from Hotels to Restaurants, Cafes and Bars.

UOR has completed over 1200 stand alone restaurants & bars, 98 hotels and resorts, 1 Luxury Train (The Golden Chariot, India) and are currently in various stages of projects for more than 45 locations globally.

Food & Beverage

We have an in-house F&B team with specialists across cuisines who work on each project's BOH designing, menu conceptualization, planning, training and handhold it through till Operational. 


We provide staff recruitment and training from front of house to kitchen. Our team is trained in helping you, the business owner/manager implement systems and new ideas. 


We provide a full-fledged Facility Planning &BOH design team, an Interior Design Division as well as a Creative Arts Division with specialist Graphic Designers and 3D visualization artists


Set up of F&B Operations including Menu engineering, design and costing.
